Gold, Platinum and VIP Black Premier Rewards members
To access your free parking benefits please swipe your Premier Rewards membership card at any payment machine.
For swipe-free parking please visit the Premier Station and our friendly staff will load your licence plate number into the system, allowing you to exit the car park without the need to swipe your card.
Ruby and Sapphire members
To access any parking benefits that you may have, swipe your Premier Rewards membership card at any payment machine. When you swipe your card the system will automatically apply any available benefits, in the following order:
- Use any free parks you may have credited to your account
- Use your Premier Points to pay for the park if you have enough
- If you have earned at least 1 Premier Point from gaming during that day, apply Super Saver parking rates to your parking
- If you do not qualify for any of the above benefits, you will be charged casual rates.
If you do not wish to use any benefits that you do have on your account, please do not swipe your membership card. In this situation you will be charged casual rates.
