Try our dish, created by Demi-Chef Taiamai Callaghan, Mihi ki te Ao [thanks to the world] with venison rubbed with horopito, Waiporoporo potatoes, wild mushrooms and pikopiko with blackberry and kawakawa sauce for $35.

"My dish is about bringing different kai together that have been introduced to New Zealand over time from other origins but most of all not forgetting the native plants to Aotearoa."
