FAQs

  • Does the booking include free parking?

    SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted parking rates if you spend a minimum of $25 at any of the outlets. You will be required to validate your ticket at the outlet in order to get the discounted rates. You can find out more about our parking options here

  • Can we bring a cake with us?

    Yes, most SkyCity Hamilton outlets will allow customers to bring their own cakes, when they have made a booking. Please discuss with the relevant manager of the outlet about bringing your own cake.

  • Is your meat Halal?

    While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity Hamilton central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

  • If a group has a person celebrating a birthday, does the birthday person eat for free?

    No, unfortunately not.

  • Can we use our Premier Rewards for parking?

    Yes, if you have sufficient Premier Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your Premier Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit.

    Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a Premier Rewards Kiosk before redemption.

  • Can you accommodate specific dietary requirements?

    If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that our environment does contain gluten and we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% gluten-free.

  • Where in SkyCity is EAT Burger located?

    When you walk through the main entrance, we are located on the right-hand side, just after The Local Taphouse.

  • Can I get the Burger of the Month after the special has ended?

    Unfortunately, no. Our Burgers of the Month only run for the month that it is advertised for. Sometimes our most popular sellers make a comeback so keep an eye out.

  • Do you serve alcohol?

    While we don’t serve alcohol, our neighbours, The Local Taphouse, do! You can order EAT Burger from their bar as well as alcoholic beverages. (18+ rules apply.)

  • I’m unhappy with my order, what should I do?
