Option 1: Rogan josh beef curry served with yoghurt and a mango and banana chutney on steamed rice
Option 2: Spiced BBQ chicken with chilli and sesame glaze on a light mixed salad
Option 3: Pumpkin and char grilled vegetable salad topped with crispy noodles and a raspberry balsamic reduction
